Communicating Benefits

The effective communication of pension benefits is key to the employee understanding and therefore valuing their pension. In the run up to October the communication of these benefits will become increasingly more important.

At the heart of the communication exercises we undertake are group presentations, followed by individual face-to-face meetings. These exercises enhance the employee’s understanding of their pension benefits and are valued by both the employer and the employees.

Whilst this is the mainstay of Bright’s employee pension communications we can also help by:
